How can I advertise a banner about my
business on kerala-re.com?
Please
register your business with us.
Provide your banners in the supported formats and
dimensions. On submission our sales team will contact you by your
email. For .swf
(flash) advertisements please include your website address in the on
click event.

What are the supported banner formats?
We
support gif, jpeg, png, swf(flash)and
HTML for
banner advertisement . The Top and Middle Banner Dimension
must be with in 470 x 60. The left and right banner should be of
120 x 60 Dimensions.

Can I see my advertisement (either
banner or property) hit reports?
We
provides our advertisers the usage reports up on their request. Except
for swf and html based advertisements we provide
the click hit also. For all advertisements we provides the Display
count.

How can I extend the banner advertisement period?
We
will intimate you on your email one month ahead of the advertisement
expiration. If you want to renew the advertisement we will charge only
75% of the display plans. If you don't like to continue the
advertisement we will allot your slot to others in the queue.

How can I register my real estate property with
kerala-re.com?
Click

You need to mention whether the property is for sale or rental. Please
try to enter all the details correctly. Since the data will be used for
searching properties. This will maximize the chance of displaying your
property. Your property will be reviewed and activated accordingly. When
you enter price please enter the total expected prize of the property.
For temporarily we are not charging to display the advertisement in the
HOT property section. But the sole discretion will be ours.

How much you charge for the
registration?
Real Estate Property advertisement and property searches are absolutely FREE. For
banner advertisement and builder services tariff, please
contact us.

How do I know, if my advertisement
gets activated, or expired?
We
will intimate real estate property activation through your e-mail.

How can I register my property in the
HOT property section?
For
temporarily we are not charging to display the advertisement in the HOT
property section. The properties will be selected after reviewing your
advertisements. But the sole discretion will be ours.

Why my HOT property advertisement not
displayed in the home page always?
We
give equal consideration to all the real estate advertisements submitted to us. So our
business logic will select the advertisements based on a unique
algorithm to give all equal chances.

I have regbistered my real estate property, but not
activated so far?
Normally
all real estate property advertisements will be reviewed in 1 day to 1 week and on
activation we will intimate you by your e-mail. If your property is not listed in 1 week,
then please consider that your advertisement has failed to fit with the standards and norms of kerala-re.com. You can
again re-register or contact us to know the
reason.

How many pictures can I upload per
advertisement?
We
allow maximum of 10 photos per real estate advertisement. If you missed to upload
the images on registration, you can sent those images to our e-mail.
Remember the file size should be less than 200KB.
